Kuthambakam is a visionary project, with an objective to create a model community comprising of EWS (Economically Weaker Section) and LIG (Low Income Group) housing, that would uplift and improve the quality of life while also being self-sustainable. The apartments range in size from 275sqft to 650 sqft. comprising of studio units, 1BHK & 2BHK units. End-users would be eligible for subsidy under the PMAY (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna) scheme, for those earning less than 6 lakhs per annum.
